As much as I love the design aspect of the website I will have to go with content as the content is what holds the searchability with the SEO, target keywords, headers, and so forth. The content is what is going to draw visitors. Some content can be in the form of a video on the site that adds good searchability but also adds a nice appearance if done right. I do agree that both design and content are important as you must also have a good design to hold someones attention once the visitor is there. A website must also be functionable and easy to navigate or you will lose your readers. The way the website is laid out is very important to converting or generating leads.
